By using Peer Latency ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Peer Latency is a tool that measures the direct network latency between devices participating in the same session, by establishing peer-to-peer connections (with automatic fallback to a relay server when a direct connection isn't possible).
You must be at least 13 years old to use Peer Latency.

Peer Latency is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be continuously available, error-free, or that latency measurements will be perfectly accurate under all circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time, including in the event of a violation of these terms.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec, Canada, without prejudice to the consumer rights provided under your local jurisdiction.
