This data is never used for advertising or profiling purposes, and is never sold to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Peer Latency does not use any database. All session information (names, codes, network addresses, measurements) is kept only in memory, on the server, for the duration of the session. It is deleted as soon as a participant leaves the session, the session empties out, or the server restarts. No session data is retained permanently.

The server keeps basic technical logs (timestamp, session code, display name) for operational troubleshooting purposes. These logs are not shared with third parties.

4. Third Parties and Tracking

Peer Latency does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools (no Google Analytics, no advertising SDK, no third-party crash reporting service).

5. Children

Peer Latency is not intended for children under the age of 13, and the app does not knowingly collect any information from this age group.

6. Your Rights

Since no data is retained permanently, there is generally nothing to delete after a session ends. For any questions about your data or this policy, contact us at the address below.
